STATEMENT OF WORK (SOW) ADDENDUM

Parent Contract: Software Maintenance Agreement

Provider: Hedge Consulting Services WLL (HCS)

Client: All in-house, GCP, AWS Deployments (excludes subscription based SAAS and PAAS)

Date: August 27, 2026

1. Project Purpose & Scope

This SOW covers the major version infrastructure migration of the OCR extraction engine from the retiring Gemini 2.5 Flash model to Gemini 3.x.

Major AI model updates involve structural prompt re-engineering and multi-carrier re-validation, which fall outside AMC maintenance.

2. Key Technical Deliverables

• Staging Environment Setup: Deployment of an isolated sandbox workflow decoupled from the production Microsoft SQL Server database.
• Prompt & Schema Re-Engineering: Re-tuning output JSON parsing rules to match Gemini 3.x architecture.
• Multi-Carrier / Customer / Vendor Validation Batch: Processing and validating control samples (5 to 10 documents per carrier / customer / vendor / Bank Statements) across document types (handling native text PDFs, scanned image PDFs, etc.).
• Production Cutover: Controlled migration to the live execution container with 72 hours of initial post-cutover monitoring.

3. Execution Timeline & Dependencies

• Project Duration: 30 to 45 business days from receipt of sample test documents and advance payment.
• Client Dependencies:
  1. End Users will provide a batch of 5 to 10 sample PDF documents per customer / vendor / active carrier / Banks covering various document formats.
  2. Full settlement of the invoice prior to commencement.
• Note: The execution timeline begins only upon receipt of both the complete test sets and payment.

4. Commercial Terms & Payment Conditions

• Fixed Service Fee: BHD 500/- (Five Hundred Bahraini Dinars).
• Payment Terms: 100% advance payment upon execution of this SOW Addendum. Resource scheduling and staging setup will initiate upon receipt of payment.
• ERP Boundary: HCS is responsible for verified output to the production SQL Server database. Any interface or schema adjustments required on the ERP system software itself remain the sole responsibility of End User’s ERP / CRM vendor.
