Frequently Asked Question
3: Why does our organization maintain absolute Intellectual Property (IP) ownership over all system workflows and configurations?
Last Updated about a month ago
All underlying application layers, database schemas (SQL Server/PostgreSQL), container architectures (Docker images), orchestration logic (n8n nodes), and customized prompt engineering models remain the exclusive Intellectual Property (IP) of the technology provider.
- Commercial Protection: Our systems are delivered under a strict "License to Use." We do not transfer ownership, source code access, or workflow blueprints under any delivery model, including in-house, AWS, or GCP private cloud deployments.
- Ecosystem Security: Maintaining centralized IP ownership ensures that our software remains completely secure, legally compliant, and uniform across our global partner and reseller networks. No client or end-user has the authority to alter, claim ownership of, or demand rights to the core automation stack.
