Frequently Asked Question

2: What happens if an in-house deployment misses the vendor's model retirement deadline?
Last Updated about a month ago

Our containerized software stacks communicate directly with secure upstream AI provider endpoints. Once a foundational model provider reaches a hard deprecation date, the legacy endpoints cease to exist globally.

  • Immediate System Halt: If a client chooses not to execute the migration project before the vendor deadline, the local AI/OCR engine will experience an immediate, catastrophic hard failure. Workflows will permanently stop processing documents.
  • Emergency Reactivation Rates: Restoring an unmaintained system that has suffered a vendor-forced cutoff requires specialized disaster recovery development. Any engineering labor requested after the vendor deadline is excluded from standard AMC rates and will be invoiced at our Critical Emergency Rate (billed at 3x standard development hours), subject to developer availability.
