- For Clients with a Valid Enterprise AMC: You do not have to purchase a new software license for the optimized OCR engine; your active AMC covers the core software upgrade. However, because third-party model deprecations require custom environment re-alignment, prompt testing, and localized schema changes, the developer hours required to execute the migration on your servers are treated as a separate, billable professional services project.
- For Clients Without an Active AMC: You will be required to pay for both the new software license version and the professional engineering hours required to migrate your local Docker stack.
