Frequently Asked Question

Why can't I use WhatsApp or instant messaging to troubleshoot my system?
Last Updated about a month ago

We completely understand that instant messaging platforms are fast and convenient for casual communication. However, because our automated solutions (Milli Platforms, Wisdom Vyper, and AI Vision OCR Engines) process proprietary corporate architectures and sensitive data workflows, troubleshooting over WhatsApp is strictly prohibited under our operational protocol for the following reasons:

  • Security & NDA Violations: Texting server logs, terminal errors, or data schemas across commercial instant messaging networks can violate our strict Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) and compromise your data security. The help desk portal provides an isolated, encrypted space.
  • System Tracking & Priority Queues: WhatsApp messages do not register inside our engineering dashboard. They cannot be formally escalated to Tier 2 developers, nor can they be timestamped for service level agreements (SLAs). Tickets submitted via the portal are automatically routed to the correct technical specialist on shift.
  • Lack of Knowledge Base Access: Bypassing the help desk portal means you lose immediate access to our interactive troubleshooting repository, where instant terminal commands and configuration scripts for Docker, WSL updates, or Google Cloud billing resets are actively updated and available 24/7.

New Inquiries & Sales: Yes.

Our corporate WhatsApp Business lines are actively open for prospective clients, new inquiries, and general non-technical communications.

Technical Support & System Troubleshooting: No.

Because our automated solutions (Milli Platforms, Wisdom Vyper, AI Vision OCR Engines) process proprietary corporate data under strict Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), we are legally and operationally restricted from debugging local system errors over instant messaging.

All technical service requests, logs, and Docker/WSL error notifications must be submitted directly through this secure Customer Support Portal to ensure they are tracked, timestamped, and immediately routed to an on-duty engineer.
