Frequently Asked Question

My account verification link has expired. How do I request a new one?
Last Updated about a month ago

Problem: You located your original welcome or registration email, but clicking the activation link displays an "Expired" error message. For security purposes, helpdesk verification links automatically expire after a set period (typically 24 to 72 hours).

Immediate Resolution Steps:
You can trigger a brand-new, active verification link yourself in under 60 seconds without needing an IT administrator to reset it manually.

  1. Navigate to the Support Portal Login: Go to the main URL of our Customer Support Portal.
  2. Click "Sign In": Locate the Sign In button in the top right corner of the screen.
  3. Select 'Forgot My Password' or 'Sign Up':

     1. If your account was pre-created by our team, click the "Forgot My Password" or "Reset                 Password" link on the login prompt.

      2. Enter your corporate email address (the exact one where you receive support                              notifications).

4. Check Your Inbox: The system will instantly generate and broadcast a fresh, time-sensitive password reset and account activation token to your inbox.
5. Complete the Setup: Click the new link within the email, set your secure password, and your email verification will be automatically finalized.
