Frequently Asked Question
What information must I collect if self-service fails and I need to open a ticket?
Last Updated about a month ago
If you have searched the Knowledge Base and the published solutions do not resolve your issue, please open a formal support ticket. To ensure our engineers can debug your system without back-and-forth delays, you must include the following information in your submission:
- The Product Affected: Specify if the issue impacts Milli Chat, Milli Voice, Wisdom Vyper, or the AI Vision OCR Engine.
- Deployment Environment: Indicate if the failure is on our cloud infrastructure or within your in-house environment (On-Premise, AWS tenant, or GCP tenant).
- Log Outputs & Error Codes: Paste the exact error text or terminal trace from your Docker container logs, n8n execution nodes, or SQL Server/PostgreSQL consoles.
- Steps Already Taken: Explicitly state which Knowledge Base article you already attempted to follow (e.g., "Attempted steps in FAQ: Docker Container Restart Guide, but PostgreSQL container still rejects connections").
