Frequently Asked Question
1. Our Three Core Product Delivery Models
Last Updated about a month ago
Regardless of where the system runs, all underlying product logic, architectures, application code, and pre-built workflows remain our or our partner's exclusive Intellectual Property.
Model A: Software as a Service (SaaS)
- Delivery: Hosted entirely on our secure cloud infrastructure. Clients access the software via a web interface or API.
- Payment: Ongoing monthly or annual subscription.
- IP Implication: 100% owned by us or our partners. Clients have a temporary, revocable license to access the system during an active subscription.
Model B: Platform as a Service (PaaS)
- Delivery: A managed environment where clients can interact with our core systems to build their own custom extensions, scripts, or prompt layers.
- Payment: Usage-based, tiered, or platform subscription.
- IP Implication: The underlying platform, engine, and base capabilities are 100% owned by us or our partners. The client owns only the specific user-generated prompts, custom logic, or inputs they manually create on the platform.
Model C: Client-Premises & Private Cloud Deployment (In-House)
- Delivery: Deployed directly onto hardware environment purchased, owned, and maintained by the client. This includes physical on-premises servers or client-owned cloud tenants (e.g., Google Cloud Platform, Amazon Web Services).
- Payment: Perpetual license fee, enterprise lease, or specialized service contract.
- IP Implication: Hosting does not equal ownership. The client owns the physical hardware and cloud bills. We or our partners retain 100% ownership of all software, databases, containers, and configurations deployed onto that hardware.
